ABDUL RAZAK BAGINDA
Abdul Razak Baginda is currently a Director of a UK-based charitable organisation, the Islamic Peace Foundation. He was previously: Head of Strategic Studies and International Relations at the Malaysian Armed Forces Defence College; Executive Director of the Malaysian Strategic Research Centre; and Senior Associate Member of St. Antony’s College, Oxford. He is a life member of Trinity Society, Oxford. He is a member of the London Middle East Institute. He received his doctorate in International Relations from the University of Oxford. His latest book, published by Routledge, is entitled, “China-Malaysia Relations and Foreign Policy”.
AHMAD HELMI AZHAR
He is currently an executive at a multinational telecommunications company. He is an alumnus member of Balliol College, Oxford. He was previously President for Oxford University Malaysia Club and Vice Chairman for United Kingdom & Eire Council for Malaysian Students (UKEC). He is a member of Oxford University Strategic Studies Group. He received his doctorate from the University of Oxford.
Ian Anthony graduated in Modern History from Oxford University. After working as a Management Consultant he joined the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 1985. He has over thirty years of working on foreign policy advising senior policy makers on issues such as Counter Proliferation and the Middle East.
